Main task of this function will be :

  • You will focus on the acquisition and management of client relationships providing comprehensive advice and a broad range of market leading investment products and services
  • To find tailored solutions and services supported by a holistic advisory approach that suit the complex needs of UHNWI clients whilst working toward specific individual, team and market asset and revenue targets
  • You shall extend your network of positive relationships in the Russian market and act as brand ambassador for the premium Swiss Private Bank that Credit Suisse is
  • You will foster collaboration between internal divisions, teams and specialists to deliver cross selling opportunities, especially between IB and PB
  • You will develop sales strategies for existing and / or growing business within the Russian segments by using your deep knowledge and product expertise

    Do you love to work in a dynamic team and do you have the ability to foster positive relationships ?

  • Degree from a university or an institute of higher education
  • You have gained a minimum 5+ years work experience as a relationship manager for the Russian market, ideally complemented by experience as an investment advisor serving HNWI and UHNWI clients
  • You can bring a strong network in the private banking industry to support our Bank’s growth strategy and to push growth agenda for revenue, NNA and SGC (Single Global Currency)
  • Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of ultra-high-net-worth individuals
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in Russian complemented by fluent English skills and you are very familiar with the Russian local and cultural habits
  • You are a standout colleague with the highest professional work ethics and have ideally already worked for us and thus have a strong internal network
  • You have a high level of professional and personal integrity and love to ensure all work activities meet the high compliance standards of our bank and are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
  • If you have started or already completed a CFA or equivalent this is an advantage
