We are looking for an Account Manager (Romandie) to be based out of home office in the french speaking part of Switzerland

We are looking for a motivated personality for sale of innovative instruments, lab equipment, consumables and chemicals, home office based.

Main Activities / Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and winning new customers
  • Formulating and implementing sales strategies
  • Assuming responsibility for sales and profit margins in the region
  • Consult customers according to the needs and provide appropriate support and expert advice
  • Closely cooperating with internal Specialists and with our Industry Directors responsible for our global customers
  • Documenting and reporting sales activities, including CRM system maintenance
  • Job Requirements :

  • A diploma in Natural Sciences or Business Administration, with experience in the pharmaceutical or laboratory sector
  • Experience in selling laboratory products is an advantage
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills
  • A confident manner and experience in sales presentations
  • A structured method of work, results-oriented
  • Open-mindedness
  • Very good knowledge of French and English; knowledge of German is an advantage
