A global Swiss bank is looking for a Project Leader with strong stakeholder management skills, to join the Legal and Investigation team.

Tasks

  • Lead the implementation of a new technology and functionality within Group Investigations to support Governance & Reporting, Analytics and eDiscovery.
  • Drive and manage projects, coordinate internal resources (and third parties) for the flawless execution.
  • Own full lifecycle of project delivery and drive this to completion within required budget, quality and timeline.
  • Support portfolio management to define and implement roadmaps in line with the strategic business objectives.
  • Evaluate high level requirements in terms of feasibility and efforts (costs / benefit), identify the impact on interfacing solutions.
  • Produce detailed requirement specifications including acceptance criteria. Project scope spans from software implementation-
  • to infrastructure related topics.

  • Adhere to the highest standards of project management and business analysis.
  • Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent with a financial or technical background, PM certification (e.g. PMP)
  • Project management experience of at least 10 years in a similar environment.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Reporting and eDiscovery (as an advantage)
  • Extensive experience as an IT business / technical analyst in a similar corporate and global environment with additional experience in other technical roles as an advantage.
  • Business analysis methodology & experience; independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML)
  • Passion for technology and delivery, hands-on experience in all phases of the SDLC.
  • High levels of drive and commitment to high quality on-time delivery and flexibility to undertake a variety of assignments.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
