Your role

We’re looking for someone like that who can :

  • help management cultivate the growth potential of their market, providing facts and figures to support the sales processes
  • increase client engagement through target delivery of relevant ideas

  • set consistent investment agenda to ensure the UBS CIO House View is implemented in client portfolios and the markets’ financial priorities are executed diligently
  • orchestrate the regional product specialists to intelligently deliver Products and Services that are relevant to Client portfolios and Desk book priorities
  • drive systematic execution of the sales process and run high quality Sales platforms
  • leverage internal capabilities and closely cooperate with partners i.e. CIO, Finance, Marketing, Business Management etc.
  • conceptualize, launch and monitor sales initiatives
  • monitor external client needs regarding products, tools and services, and relay trends to product specialists
  • Your team

    You’ll be working in the CEEMEA Sales Management team in Geneva being part of the IPS Distribution Management. In this function you will work closely with other Sales Managers covering Emerging Markets and Europe International.

    You will become part of an experienced, diverse and dynamic team keen to drive our CEEMEA Wealth Management business to the next level.

    You have :

  • strong experience within the financial services industry
  • university degree
  • deep understanding of products and WM services
  • strong analytical and PC skills (advanced knowledge in MS Excel & MS Power Point)
  • Experience in and good understanding of Wealth Management business and its processes
  • You are :

  • extremely sales and service oriented
  • an excellent communicator with great presentation skills
  • passionate about financial markets, products and people
  • passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
  • always professional (but you have the human touch)
  • Thorough : attention to details
  • fluent in English and preferably German or French
