OVERVIEW AND SCOPE
Business Development in CNH Industrial aims at developing and executing growth opportunities to meet long-term Company objectives.
Mission includes typical corporate development tasks : M&A and alliances, investing or divesting of asset or division, phasing in-
out markets and products, management of intellectual property.
The Finance Business Development of APAC region works together with APAC Business Development to evaluate organic and inorganic investment opportunities at brand or sub-
regional level from a financial perspective, reporting directly to the CFO of the region.
The Finance BD Analyst of APAC region supports the assessment and execution of M&A and other investment opportunities, focusing on key indicators impacting company’s financial statements.
The Analyst reports directly to the Manager of Finance BD APAC and works collaboratively mainly with APAC BD and other Finance colleagues.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Support the full assessment and execution of new projects and CNHI’s investment initiatives in the region and across CNHI’s brands, from a financial perspective
Review financial health and operating performance of approved initiatives
Build, modify and maintain financial models for M&A transactions and valuation analysis
Assist in the preparation of presentations for Top and Senior Management, term sheets and other deal related materials with regard to financial content
Conduct financial researches on industry and competitors
Work on cross-functional deal teams across APAC region, within a short amount of time
Job Requirements and qualifications
Strong academic record at Masters degree, preferable in Economics or Engineering. MBA candidate is a plus
Knowledge of financial models, accounting and methodologies used in Corporate Finance is required
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Microsoft Excel modeling experience is preferred
Previous experience in an Investment bank, Corporate Finance advisory or equivalent is also valuable, as well as exposure within Emerging Markets
Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability and willingness to interact daily and operate well within a team is a key success factor
Fluent English is required (spoken and written)
Additional Job Requirements
Familiarity with Industrials or Capital Goods industry is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized and able to work as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
Capacity to learn quickly, focus on delivery and ability to multitask is crucial
Candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation and must be able to work at a fast pace across a wide array of responsibilities
