Commerce, CRC). In this role, you will ensure the execution of the Office channel strategy, seeking high visibility and best-

in-class service. You will also have to define and implement commercial & marketing activities to achieve yearly objectives and budget. Key responsibilities

  • Lead, monitor and motivate the Distribution network (Exclusive Distributors, Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives)
  • Consolidation and analysis of the Monthly sales results and reporting of commercial and marketing activities
  • Coordinate and manage all sales-related activities of Key Account sales force
  • Represent the company in negotiation of contract with larger key accounts
  • Seek market insights an business needs to maintain high service level; define and organize the training plan for Sales Forces on Commercial Excellence and sales speeches
  • Identify growth driver in Office Channel and launch adequate project to generate additional sale
  • Required Profile

  • Professional education or University degree in Marketing or Commercial field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales or similar position
  • Good knowledge of financial (budget, sales statistics)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluency in French & German / Italian with good knowledge of English
