Why we are recruiting
The Hospitality team coordinates all Forum events at its headquarters, and in Geneva. The team is also responsible for maintaining a high standard of service (catering, hotel booking etc.
for Forum staff, collaborators and visitors. The Hospitality Specialist will provide support with daily tasks and projects, working with a strong team spirit to deliver events and maintain a high standard of service.
Reporting lines and interactions
Reporting to Head of Hospitality.
Interaction with internal staff, external participants and suppliers.
Breakdown of main responsibilities
40% major events support and management
30% small and medium-sized events management
15% administrative tasks
10% internal coordination
5% block booking and individual booking for staff and external
The successful candidate will be assessed on
up, accommodation contracts, and room lists
