  • Responsibilities :

  • 1st and 2nd level support for users of our eProcurement suite (via phone and e-mail)
  • Incident Management : analyzing and solving system issues including distribution of incidents to 3rd level support
  • Database and system administration including housekeeping : Connecting databases and running queriesTroubleshootingChecking patch levels and log filesWorking on configuration files and directory structuresSetting up FTP and SFTP connections
  • Requirements :

  • Dedicated, team-oriented individual with good communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Advocate for data quality with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, strong time management skills
  • Fluent German and English, written and Other languages would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including MS Access and MS SQL
  • Previous experience with Ariba, Coupa and / or SAP are a plus
