As a member of the swiss market team, your main responsibilities will be :
Bring your support for all the point of sales in the german part of Switzerland
Track and analyze business performance and adjust sales actions accordingly
Implement an efficient order / replenishment process with each customer
Regularly assess stock situation to ensure that inventory requirements are met
Ensure optimal brand expression at the point of sales by supporting customers in implementing windows, displays, trade accessories, furniture, catalogues, etc.
Propose solutions to address identified risks and issues (aging inventory, slow movers, overstock)
Share product knowledge and information on the brand and convey the passion for TAG Heuer to turn all sales associates into passionate brand ambassadors
Develop and implement a marketing plan with each retailer / distributor, in partnership with the
marketing teams and in line with the brand strategy and guidelines.
Identify and propose opportunities for events, window / shop animations or advertising to promote the brand awareness and drive consumers to the point of sales
Manage and follow the related budget
Holding a degree in Business Administration, marketing or any other relevant field, you have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
You are energetic, action and results-oriented with strong organizational skills. As a self-motivated spirit, you use your creativity and problem solving attitude to meet TAG Heuer requirements.
In addition, Excel has no secret for you!
You are fluent in german (ideally swiss german) and english. French is a plus. You use your open-minded attitude to communicate efficiently with your stakeholders.
You are ready to travel 80% of your time.
