As a Service Manager within the eDiscovery Technology Cross functions team you will focus on the following tasks :

  • Definition and management of cost objects, effort tracking, and cost reporting
  • Calculation and reporting on the total cost of eDTS services and charge back mechanisms
  • Supporting contractual agreements with service vendors (e.g. RfPs, ODP activities, etc.)
  • Definition of KPIs and relevant data points for KPI reporting
  • Creation of service dashboards for different stakeholders (e.g. producer views and consumer views)
  • Identify Service Management reporting requirements and represent them in change initiatives
  • Manage eDTS service catalogue entries
  • Your team

    You will be working in the Cross Functions team within the eDiscovery Technology Services (eDTS) organization in Zurich.

    eDiscovery Technology Services is a specialist unit within UBS Group Technology, supporting complex civil litigation, investigations, and regulatory inquiries by collecting and processing electronically stored information.

    The Cross Services team is responsible for governing the service management from a metrics, cost and contract perspective, the service change portfolio as well as service risk.

    You have :

    5 years of professional experience in an economic or IT role, ideally with at least 1 year of eDiscovery service experience and an understanding of eDiscovery processes

    Experience in Accounting / Business Management

    Experience in defining relevant service metrics and Performance indicators, ideally in the area of eDiscovery

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English;
  • German skills of advantage

    Understanding of the Technology side of the eDiscovery process or willing to become an expert quickly
