  • You a challenging and dynamic position as a Strategist within the Investment Solutions & Products (IS&P) Strategy department which has the mandate to shape the business areas priorities, further develop our diverse business portfolio and drive key strategic initiatives, jointly with senior management
  • A rare chance to support the head of Multi-Asset strategy by conducting analysis across asset classes and markets whilst contributing to the build out of research and portfolio / risk management infrastructure.
  • You have the opportunity to assist in building tools, infrastructure, and databases supporting our team's mandate.

  • Build relationships across Credit Suisse to keep abreast of new research and ideas and to share the Multi-Asset strategy team's work.
  • Keep up to date on market developments, latest research from academia as well as market practitioners. Be ready to have a view on any relevant market event or asset and to be challenged and challenge back.
  • A key position in which you monitor the team's investment process and ideas in order to improve iteratively as we learn from both good calls and mistakes.
  • Collaboration with other internal teams to both share ideas and demonstrate existing work done outside the team as well as create and build relationships externally with brokers and other sources of information and ideas.

  • Very strong Excel skills including macro programming experience, if you have good programming skills in R, Matlab, Python this is a positive but not essential skill.
  • You ideally possess 3-7 year’s work experience in a global macro or multi-asset investment team, if you previously worked with Bloomberg and / or derivatives this would be a strong asset.
  • Having a strong understanding of statistical and econometric methods, you can easily grasp the limitations of each approach and build on your experience when applying them successfully to an investment framework.
  • An understanding of portfolio construction and risk management techniques combined with experience in presenting and debating investment ideas is essential.
  • Are you a highly dedicated person with excellent analytical skills combined with strong organizational, prioritizing, and multi-

  • You are able to effectively communicate and get along with investment professionals but also possess the skill to comprehend, apply and succinctly communicate quantitative methodologies to non-specialists.
