The role will be part of our European Brand Teams to enhance our Brand Values.

Main activities to support on : Innovation strategy, New Product Launches, Business Analysis, coordination of Projects according to Business Needs, Meetings & Presentations preparation and Reporting, in particular :

  • The role will support the development at European level of category and brand strategies, innovation development, commercial grids, 4P strategies, IMC content, the GTM strategy
  • The role will closely partner with Global Functions (R&D and supply chain) Insights & Analytics, Media & Digital Teams
  • The role will be evaluated on Category and Brands Results (shares, financials, equity measures), as well as Commercial Grids on-time delivery
  • Education & Experience

  • BS / MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience supporting the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies, new products and innovation, business plans;
  • background in a multinational company including a specific experience on innovation would be preferable. Experience in FMCG companies would be also preferable.

  • English fluency is mandated (CV to be sent in English only)
