In addition, the team implements programs for branch and people development. In order to transform our competence management framework into operational initiatives and create the best possible synergies with learning management, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague as Manager Competence and Learning Management.

Your new responsibilities

  • Lead an organization-wide change of culture where people, competence and learning take priority in strategy and operations
  • Create new methods and standards that shape the global organization’s approach to competence and learning management
  • Guide and support local management teams as they implement new competence and learning methods and tools
  • Create tangible operational benefits in the transformation of our competence management framework to operational programs
  • Your skills and experience

  • Education in HR, adult education or people development
  • 5+ years of experience in design and delivery of training and development programs as well as change management programs, preferably in a technical environment
  • Affinity to technical learning solutions (e.g. LMS, virtual training, e-learning)
  • Strong background in training design, people development and implementation of change management initiatives; leadership background would be an advantage
  • Deep passion for the development of people from various backgrounds and cultures
  • A personality who is able to adapt to a modern working environment, namely flexible working hours and an open office space
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders from all management levels in English and German
