HRBP pRED for RICZ, pREDi & Onco

As for Roche Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) you act

as a sparring partner to senior managers and their leadership teams and partner with your

business area on all HR related topics. Thrive your career by deepening your local HRBP

expertise and gaining more experience as a global HRBP for pRED Informatics and as a Site

HRBP in Schlieren.

Your main responsibilities include :

  • As a management team member of the areas you support you derive the HR strategy from their business strategy
  • You ensure operational excellence and drive the organization to excellence in areas such as organizational design, talent management, resource and headcount planning, talent acquisition, and change management
  • Offer high quality HR support to management teams and managers - at the site and remote - with Basel based employees
  • Providing operational expertise in all areas of local HR policy and practice, including employee relations and Swiss employment law, compensation, global mobility assignments, talent and career management, and employment regulations for Switzerland
  • Partnering with HR Service Providers and Global HRBPs to ensure HR solutions that meet business needs
  • Foster and be ambassador of the Roche company culture
  • Who You are

    As the ideal candidate you have a university degree, sound HR expertise and 5 years

    successful work experience as HR Business Partner in a multi-national environment.

    Besides, the following experience and skills are required :

  • Collaborative HR partner and leader with the ability to see the big picture and anticipate organization and people needs
  • High degree of business acumen and people acumen, ability to impact and influence multiple stakeholders to drive solutions
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationship with senior business leaders and HR partners alike
  • Team-player who provides feedback and insight to help create a positive, engaging culture and environment
  • Passionate with a proactive and pragmatic approach
  • Expertise in the following areas : organizational development, change management, coaching, talent acquisitions and development, performance management, compensation & benefits
  • Excellent written and spoken command of English, German is a plus
