Major accountabilities :
Organize shipments of cell bank vials from / to manufacturing sites on time whenever applicable, ensuring the stock between primary and secondary storage locations is balanced in alignment with respective procedures.
Monitor the threshold and safety stock levels based on vial usage forecasts and provide recommendation for generation of new banks and retiring of existing banks.

Technical or scientific degree level qualification (Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry) with strong logistic background.
Fluent German verbal and written
Good verbal and written English skills.
French skills are a plus
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or comparable environment.
Strong background in worldwide logistic (shipment on road / air, cold chain) preferably in drug supply management
Proven process understanding (Pharma, GMP, Regulatory aspects, ).
Strong mind-set in continuous improvement.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
General IT-knowledge (good SAP knowledge is a must)
