Job-description

This role covers all aspects of administration in relation to the journey of our customers’ watches through Customer Services, from diagnostics administration to preparing watches for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • To adopt strategies (policies and procedures) related to the administration tasks.
  • Process mandated operational tasks in an accurate and timed manner according to policy andprocedure.
  • Provide level of confidence to the customer by responding / communicating in an accurate andtimed manner according to policy and procedure.
  • Act as a link between the customer and the organisation and vice versa.
  • Ensure proper processing of mandated operational tasks to the Contact Centre Department.
  • Support the advancement and success of the Contact Centre.
  • Promote the image and the ethics of the Swatch Group and the its brands.
  • Your profile

    The successful candidate will have :

  • The ability to appreciate the needs of our customers whilst their watches are in our care.
  • High level of attention to detail, to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of our customers watches.
  • The ability to effectively manage a wide variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Previous administration and customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel & Word.
  • The ability to be proactive and prioritise own workload.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Professional requirements

  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • SAP knowledge is desirable
