Driving high-level collaborations with major Biopharma companies
Managing relationships and coordinating commercial efforts globally
Driving business growth and improving commercial execution
Providing cross-functional leadership, e.g. with R&D, customer support and service
Customer RelationshipManagement :
Managerelationship with identified Global Biopharma Accounts
Develop,refresh and execute on a strategic and annual key account strategy for Sciex
MapKey Accounts for KOLs, functional groups, networks, purchasing, senior managementand establish communication and follow up programs for each
Developand update Sciex market share by account including install base, annualpurchases and key competitive programs
SalesProcess and Business Growth :
Createstrong links to and collaborate with global Sales and Support teams, includingregional Market Development Managers to drive biopharma revenue by throughimproving visibility, greater customer intimacy and improved win-rates.
Leverageinstall bases and relationships across products within Sciex as well as acrossother Danaher operating companies.
Ownand drive new product introduction at Key accounts
Ownand drive pricing and contracts coordination where relevant
Engageand advocate through the organization on behalf of the customer as required tomeet and exceed customer expectations
Drivecollaborations and customer-specific product development initiatives throughvarious internal departments including Legal, R&D, Strategic Marketing,Service and Customer Support
Collaboratewith other functional and business leaders to ensure adequate Voice of theCustomer penetrates strategic planning at the global, regional, product andbusiness unit levels
Collaboration Management :
UnderstandCustomer strategies and align Sciex strategy.E.g. Identify key market and customer drivers for Sciex tofocus and invest in
Developsenior / strategic technical and commercial collaborations with key accounts
Sourcekey contacts at target BioPharma Accounts to identify and build strategiccollaborations for technical, application and commercial relationship
Bachelor’s degree inscientific discipline
Substantial experiencein the Life Science Research, Large Capital Equipment and or Services (I.e. SWsystems, IT Computer systems )
Sales experience : Substantial experience in Capital Equipment,High end Services or IT sales management
Substantial experiencein key account management for multinationals
Experience inleveraging market-leading CRM tools to improve sales force efficiency andimprove insight on customers wins & losses
Pharmaceutical andglobal experience required, preferably in life science / biologics.
