Maternity Cover 6 months - Content Coordinator

Requirements :

3 years of experience in content marketing and campaign coordination

You are an expert on consumer journey and able to identify optimizations for a better customer flow and conversion optimization

You are able to understand data and turning it into actionable insights to meet business objectives

You have experience with Google Analytics, Sales Force Commerce Cloud, Demandware. Experience with PIM tools and various CSM systems is a plus

You have a commercial mind set, hands on and pro active

You’re excellent in project management

Experience in Digital Content Production is a plus

You are fluent in English, additional language(s) is a plus

You are highly organized with the ability to work on multiple tasks in fast-growing, quickly changing company

Responsibilities : Content Strategy

Content Strategy

Eexecute the strategic content plan, based on business needs, stakeholder input, best practices leveraging platform capabilities.

Continuously optimize content plan by gathering and applying long-term insights and data gathered, identifying opportunity and content solutions

Maximize customer engagement through the user journey setting standards to ensure content is optimized and appropriately tagged.

Content Planning and Campaign activation

Be fully responsible for rolling out global campaigns of strategic brands like Nike and Adidas on Intersports’ website across markets

Maintain the global content calendar and align with category teams, national organization and brands to ensure it an be executed

Fine-tuning content creation solutions long term. Communicating with internal stakeholders such as category managers, brands and national organisations to ensure content that is truly optimized and effective.

Performing Content quality control

Working closely with local, global, internal and external content creators ensuring the appropriate specs are met for content creation, not only on a technical level, but also in terms of brand guidelines, tone-

of-voice and connecting to the appropriate target market.

Liase with UX manager to set up appropriate content user testing for functional and non-functional content.

Track content effectiveness

Team up with BI and Analytics Manager to optimize implementation of content tracking and reporting.

Provide reporting on KPIs, analysing the effectiveness of marketing and campaign content in aiding conversion, and make continuous recommendations based on known data.

Manage content distribution

Ensure global content is accessible to the local markets, in the right format, and with the appropriate specifications and instructions.

Further implement the DAM system for content distribution.

Promote the work of the digital team

Communicating KPI’s and Insights to markets and brands, building trust and confidence in the digital team across all markets.
