Vontobel has a state of art implementation of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms. This enables us to have a full 360 degree view of our B2B and B2C business models.
In this role you would work closely with all the Stakeholders to further evolve systems wrt functionality, processes and data.
You would spend roughly 30 percent of your working time on increasing the adaptability of the Sales platform by engaging the users, helping them resolve the issues and managing other support aspects.
Data quality and governance will also be a key aspect of your job profile.

Actively work with Salesforce users to support with questions related to the functionality, data or processes
Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements relating to client's technology enhancement and initiatives
Close collaboration with the implementation team to align on functional and technical feasibility of the requirement
Created data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding
Create training material and conducted internal training sessions for business users
Manage quality assurance (QA) and user assisted testing (UAT)
Define and implement improvements to business process and ad-hoc projects in the face of ever-changing marketplace and consumers
Manage Salesforce access rights set-up
University Master degree in Computer Science
Further Education in business administration or Banking
Proven track record as a Business Analyst and engaging Sales
Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Experience in using Excel as a data mining tool
Experience in using Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint
Loyal personality with clear mindset as a team Player
Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging field with clear commitment to flexibility
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative and "can-do" attitude
English required (written and oral), German is an advantage
