WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Your main duties will be the following :
Conducting needs analyses, creating content, reviewing, designing, piloting and delivering / facilitating training interventions (including e.
g. leadership development programs) by using strong project management skills and methodologies
Expert use of front-end Workday Talent & Performance system and using reports to analyze trends and monitor KPIs, as well as liaising regularly with Digital Learning team regarding eLearning courses
Administering and giving feedback on psychometrics for talent acquisition, leadership development, team development, personal development, etc.
as well as reporting on trends and conducting gap analyses as needed
Actively collaborating with Talent & Performance team members to deliver monthly calls for a network of HR professionals responsible for the implementation of Performance Development and Learning & Development on a global scale
Consolidating talent and succession planning materials to produce compelling presentations for executive and senior leadership
Supporting the global launch of each annual Performance Development or Learning & Development event
Supporting the wider L&D team and functional academies with additional key strategic projects as they arise
Attending conferences and seeking opportunities to stay close to market trends in PD and L&D
WHAT WE EXPECT
We are looking for a motivated team-player, who brings along the following background :
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area
5-8 years of professional experience in an international organization, primarily with a focus on talent and leadership development, with a strong understanding of HR practices and trends
3-5 years in a managerial capacity
Strong facilitation and training skills, listening skills, influencing, team orientation, presentation, writing, organisational and communication skills at all levels of the organization
Digital skills with a very good knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and MS Office software
Experience using psychometrics / diagnostics for development, assessment or recruiting purposes
Business acumen and client-centricity, combined with a high-level of confidentiality and professional maturity
Proactive thinker who is curious, takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision
Adept in thinking conceptually and transforming concepts into pragmatic and intuitive solutions
Flexible attitude towards travel (up to 20%)
Fluent English skills, spoken and written, German an advantage
Retail industry experience an advantage
