In this position, you will propose, develop and execute scientific activities with the ultimate goal to provide a science base for Nestlé growth opportunities, in existing and new (e.
g. digital) product areas. Your initial focus in projects will be to identify and mathematically represent relationships between ingredients, transformation pathways, organoleptic properties and consumer preference to accelerate innovation.
