Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Mathematics Algebra
The Department of Mathematical Sciences at George Mason University invites applications for one tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor, to begin 25 August 2018.
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree, and must have strong records in both research and teaching. Candidates currently with postdoctoral appointments are preferred.
Strong preference will be given to candidates in Algebra and whose research interests align with those of the department.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and to support the department’s PhD program in Mathematics.
