1. Secure the service delivery :
Responsibility for managing Xchanging’s relationship with the customer on a day-to-day basis seeking to maximize compliance and customer satisfaction and to achieve savings objectives
Ensuring that agreed customer service levels are recorded and met, and that the customer is satisfied with the services
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate engagement is in place between Xchanging and the customer
Construct performance reports and manage monthly reportings
Supporting the implementation of the process delivery and technology enhancements within the account.
Working with the customer to ensure service delivery expectations are being managed.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
2. Deliver sourcing activities
To manage Customer spend with category expertise on XXXXXXXXX
To create RFP documents and conduct commercial negotiations on behalf of the customer taking into account the culture and expectations of the customer.
To work closely with other members of the team to ensure a professional service is delivered to customers.
To develop a procurement plan & negotiation strategies
3. Improve the service processes & Sourcing activities procedures :
Supporting the implementation of the process and service to embed them into daily operations
Roll-out of Xchanging Procurement & Customer specific processes and assets, including documentation and provision of training material
Resolving problems and ensuring contractual compliance
To identify and implement process improvements within the category
4. Team management
Recrute, drive induction and trainings of a tactical buyer team.
Managing a team of tactical buyers guaranteeing an efficient and effective allocation of internal resources
Supporting the team in the implementation of sourcing activities, continuously improving the quality of delivering
Leading the team in executing operational tasks (data analysis, RFX, negotiation, contracting, etc)
The role requires an individual who is comfortable and credible in dealing all levels across the client operation including executive board directors.
The candidate should have :
Language Specific : XXXXX and English, both fluent
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in XXXXXXXXXXXXX procurement
Category management and knowledge of the local market.
Experience of leading sourcing projects, and ensuring service performance and reporting within a medium to large multi-site organisation
Successful track record of leading negotiations
High level of analytical and numerical skill
Proven track record of delivery in a fast-paced procurement function.
Experience in leading teams to deliver is a plus
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
