University Degree in Engineering, Science or Industry-related Discipline.
Robust experience of planning and reporting in a complex an international environment.
Solid experience in coordinating strategy deployment within an international context.

A., based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Your specific responsibilities will be to :
Actively contribute to the definition and implementation of the departmental strategy and objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment to meet the business goals.
Maintain and improve KPIs dashboard to monitor business performance in close collaboration with the planning managers in the ETQA functions.
Provide insights for effective decision making to Sr Management on time.
Provide business highlights and project status reporting on a periodic manner to key stakeholders while securing data accuracy and consistency.
Ensure follow-up on activities in the business calendar, including preparation for business meetings and activities to increase employee engagement.
Maintain strong relationship with Finance with respect to the OB / LRP rolling forecast activities to ensure consistency between business strategies and financials.
