For our Access Solutions Europe Middle East & Africa (AS EMEA) Segment Marketing team in Rümlang we are looking for you : an experienced, communicative and results driven :

Strategic Marketing Manager Access Solutions EMEA (w / m)

Your tasks :

  • Establish & drive execution of strategic growth & efficiency initiatives supporting achievement of short and long-term financial targets
  • Contribute to commercial and operational excellence framework deployment, driving specific commercial excellence initiatives
  • Establish cross EMEA coordination of local products portfolio
  • Implement and lead Market intelligence (incl. relevant data analytics) across Europe Middle East & Africa markets, establishing relevant processes and tools to bring structured collection, analysis and release of market data supporting strategic business decisions
  • Complete ad-hoc strategic / market analysis on specific market segments, applications, new business opportunities or players, and bring relevant strategic recommendations to AS EMEA management
  • Support AS EMEA strategic planning process (MTP) in synchronisation with Finance
  • Job Requirements

    To successfully perform this function, you will meet the following requirements :

  • 10+ year of international work experience with 5+ years within a strategic marketing position
  • ability to understand our B2B environment (direct and indirect sales channels)
  • Experience in commercial excellence, Market Intelligence and CRM (SalesForce) are a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English, any additional European language is a plus
  • Strong influential skills
