Mission

Servicing clients jointly with Bankers in all aspects of the relationship management

Responsibilities

  • Independent administrative management of client accounts (cash management, transfers, etc.)
  • Place stock exchange orders and control of executions
  • Organization and preparation of client meetings (required documents for the meeting, etc.)
  • Schedule travel arrangements and expense reports for the Bankers
  • Prepare account openings and investment documentation
  • Control and handling of internal processes; client compliancy; data base; client files to all relevant local laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish close collaboration with other departments of the bank
  • Competencies

  • Client-service oriented, ability to establish long-term professional relationships based on trust with clients and colleagues of varying degrees of seniority alike
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and well organized
  • Strong sense of ethics
  • Friendly, open personality, well-presented and professional appearance
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or similar relevant qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function
  • Mother tongue German and fluency in English, any other languages is a plus
  • Effective communication skills with strong customer service focus
