To complete our Human Resources department, we are currently looking for L&D Manager. In this position, you will be the guardian of the HR Talent, Succession and Performance cycles, supporting the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and co-
piloting the business by developing, recommending and implementing adequate state of the art trainings and ensuring development of the employees.
You will recommend and implement a Training & Learning strategy, policies and programmes at market level, provide guidance and expertise to HRBPs and technical / functional areas in terms of training and people development. Key responsibilities
