The Global Program Implementation Lead is responsible for leading large scale programmatic transformation projects across the Pharma organization.
Through partnering with the Commercial Execution leadership team, the Global Program Implementation lead will develop and establish metrics and key performance indicators (measures) to drive implementation and achieve sustainability of programs.
The Global Program Implementation Lead will build strong partnerships with both global, regional and local business leadership teams to establish full engagement for implementation of Global Programs.
He / she will also be responsible for ensuring that the sustainability of the programs is built through : change management initiatives, training and embedding the program into business operations.

Leadership & Program Plans
Together with the Global Head of Commercial Execution / CommEx Head of Strategy and Operations co-create the strategy for large scale programmatic transformation projects in order to deliver increased operational excellence efficiencies and productivity
Leads process gap analyses and drives major organizational transformation activities as required
Ensures full alignment and endorsement for strategy with the Pharma PEC
Develops integrated detailed project plan - including strong partnership with other key areas to drive & build further change in business.
Establishes appropriate engagement from Regions and Countries; consults to test new ideas and approaches
Accountable for the implementation of the Global Commercial Execution Programs within the Pharma Division
Partners and supports senior management in communicating and leading Programs by ensuring coordination of high impact communication plans & key messages
Ensure sustainability of Programs through change management initiatives, training and embedding into operational activities
Leads complex, cross-functional process improvement projects
Takes an enterprise view : establishes a Commercial Execution PMO and directs allocation of resources and investments across the Program / workstreams to achieve goals and milestones
Coordinates and work closely with Commercial Execution Leadership team to accomplish project goals
Leads key strategic, global operational excellence projects with significant impact on the Pharma Organization Stakeholder Management (internal & external)
Ensures that action plans are clearly defined and managed to successful completion.
Engages with senior Pharma leadership to align support and to manage issues, including preparing regular updates
Where necessary, engages and aligns cross-divisionally and with Group
Collaborates and communicates with key functions necessary to ensure successful implementation of Programs (e.g., HR, Communications, etc.)
Drives engagement of external stakeholders and consider external environment to maximize impact of Programs
Degree plus Master’s degree / MBA strongly desired
Fluency in English (spoken & written)
Minimum 12-15 years of Business experience (ideally health care, ideally NVS)
General management, franchise management, leadership of teams (5+ years significant leadership roles, this may include management in matrix environment, regional / country operations)
Strong track record in change management, communications, conception and implementation of strategies
Excellence in leading and managing cross-functional projects with significant (visible) business impact.
Demonstrated success in resource planning and management
Proven ability to effectively engage & manage teams with widely varying backgrounds & functions within a dispersed and highly matrixed organization.
Strong skills in OD and / or project management are desirable
Ability to influence without authority, strong relationship builder and ability to engage with cross functional partners
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
