WHAT WILL I BE DOING? You will define the evolving role of indirect retail ( Independent Trade and Key Accounts) supporting the consumer journey and Omni channel activation programs.
You will be accountable for building indirect retail partner relationship activities and the development of an impactful business strategy -
improving the customer and consumer satisfaction and experience delivery - whilst delivering key business KPI’s.You will proactively develop and deploy plans and programs for certified retailer network through collaboration with relevant functions and markets.
You will identify segmentation of customers in accordance to consumer profile, end to end delivery of critical experience and link to business model & requirementsYou will develop indirect retail new category staging visual merchandising and channel merchandising principles (linked to segmentation).
You will lead the development of relevant and impactful content for Trade partners and field sales teams within online and offline trade engagement programs.
You will design measurement models that integrates consumer KPIs within related episodes of consumer journey and link with business KPIs & Sales Fundamentals You will design and develop a toolbox of indirect retail strategic frameworks, guidelines, solutions, market examples to be effectively used and deployed in marketsConsumer & customer centricity and understanding the consumer & customer journey is key in this role.

Understands multi-channel customer experiences and can a single view of the customerconsumer, to drive cross-functional change, and to achieve consumer and business KPIs in markets.
