  • As Interaction Designer you will be a hands-on user experience design authority, working as part of an enthusiastic multi-
  • disciplinary team of User Researchers, Domain Analysts, Content Designers, UI Designers, and Prototype Developers, you will apply your expertise and skills to enable the business to clearly illustrate how people consume the bank’s content, use its products, and interact with its services, today and in the future

  • You will have an evidence driven approach to design informed by both quantitative and qualitative evidence and insight, you will synthesize delightful and valuable experience models and concepts founded upon on a deep empathy of the bank’s many users
  • Reimagine how users interact with the banks future channels and touchpoints by applying hands-on design expertise
  • Study user behavior by collaborating with User Researchers conducting primary field visits, user interviews, user testing, ethnography, competitor analysis and benchmarking, and surveys.
  • Advocate importance of insight and research findings to diverse audiences by reports and presentations
  • Design a variety of workshops to encourage cross discipline and function collaboration.
  • Synthesize research insight into actionable, prioritized recommendations
  • Assist in defining measures of success of the digital touchpoints with internal partners and cross-functional teams
  • Develop information architectures, experience maps, user journey maps, and service blueprints, to support research and ideation
  • Understand and challenge the banks current technology and constraints
  • Collaborate closely with UI Designers to realize concepts from pen and paper sketches, through to medium to high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes aimed at variety of devices and platforms.
  • Plan and implement usability evaluations
  • Support the creation of your solutions through the development phases
  • Optimize your designs working closely with Analysts, Researchers and stakeholders to design experimental A / B and MVT tests
  • Constructively contribute fresh ideas to enhance the manner in which we work
  • Provide support and guidance to the business for implementing user centric digital solutions
  • Actively participate in multiple large and high-profile projects concurrently
  • Work productively with colleagues from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

  • We are looking for a talented and dynamic Interaction Designer to support a newly formed User Experience (UX) function in the Digital Marketing & Communications Department of Global Marketing and Brand Communication, responsible for global digital touchpoints for Credit Suisse customers, partners, media, and their employees
  • Developing outstanding user experiences is one of the critical core competencies of the Digital Communications function and excellence in this area is key to our strategy for building an industry leading digital presence
  • 2+ years’ experience of end-to-end interaction design activity including collaboration with user researchers, requirements definition, experience mapping, and workshop design
  • Experience in supporting the creation of digital experiences for an international company with a global presence and localized markets
  • Solid track record in design of user experiences for big and small web, native mobile, and / or web applications
  • In-depth knowledge and ability to turn insights from research into user requirements.
  • Academic degree in a relevant design field
  • Appreciation of measuring customer happiness, engagement, retention, adoption, and task success.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with partners across all functional areas of the bank and across regions.
  • Strong social skills and demonstrated ability to perform well in a diverse, multicultural organization.
  • Passion for crafting excellent user experiences
  • Comfortable with your fluency in English; other languages would be an advantage
  • A winning and open personality with excellent interpersonal skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate
