Implement the CRM strategy, from definition to implementation on Salesforce.>
Activate the strategic partnerships of the brand (Range Rover, Cohiba, Distinguished Gentleman's Ride...) and optimise ROI of client events. >
Report on loyalty KPIs and monitor client account activity. >
Monitor budgets. CRM>
Set up and define segmentation and monitoring of the client database. >
Structure CRM tools and processes.>
Enhance the customer journey through acquisition, activation, engagement and loyalty programs.>
Manage client loyalty activities, analyse results and share information internally. >
Leverage consumer insights : listen to and pinpoint needs expressed by our clients / prospects. >
Create a community with events and activations per market and per segment.>
Guide direct marketing by developing a structured, targeted, personalised communication plan. E-commerce>
Handle strategy and international roll-out of the Zenith e-commerce strategy. >
Direct operational e-commerce by providing an interface between logistics, accounting and sales departments. >
Oversee B to B client marketing projects (Mr Porter, Farfetch, Hodinkee, JD, Tmall).
In addition to post-graduate education (Masters' degree / business school / engineering school / post-graduate training in digital marketing) candidates must have 2 to 3 years' experience in CRM and e-commerce.>
Responsible for the implementation of CRM and transversal digital projects, the candidate must have a good understanding of all technical aspects, and adept at project management.>
With a background in successful e-commerce, candidates will also understand the operational aspects of the position, while acting as the interface with the various services involved in the e-commerce process. >
