For our Business Unit Central Europe we are looking for a Head Client Service , to be based in either . You will be responsible for a group of PMs and PM leaders with the objective of achieving operational excellence and success across a portfolio of customer accounts within the Swiss business.

You will determine the Operations strategy for the portfolio in line with the Operations strategy of Lionbridge International and Lionbridge Europe.


  • Achieve the business KPIs (revenue, margins, productivity, quality) of the unit as specified every year.
  • Drive optimisation in efficiency and productivity in Client Service proactively and ensure efficient order management processes across the value chain to provide deliverables which meet client requirements.
  • Ensure cost-efficient and adequately qualified client service operations in order to meet client expectations (timely reactiveness, service quality, cost efficiency).

    You have a passion for driving efficiency / productivity and exceeding client expectations. You are able to win buy-in from different stakeholders and have a positive attitude as well as a high level of motivation, driven by team success.

    You are hands-on and work well under pressure. You are skilled at multi-tasking, meeting demanding deadlines and setting priorities.

    Furthermore, you cope well with change. You have excellent leadership skills and empower employees. You have considerable experience in project management, including controlling, reading and writing financial reports and / or managing budgets.

    Your organisational and time management skills are excellent, as are your written and verbal presentation skills.

    To qualify for this position, you should have a university degree or an advanced vocational diploma in large-scale project management (PMI or equivalent) and a certificate or proven experience in Lean SIX Sigma or Lean Administration.

    Your mother tongue is either German or English and you speak at least one additional European language, preferably French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch.
