We're looking for someone with these interests to :
Operate and improve processes for effective engagement with regulators and audit on cyber and information security topics
Co-ordinate and complete regulatory assessments as well as internal and external audits on cyber and information security
Drive governance and oversight over the remediation of regulatory and audit findings for timeliness, scope and sustainability
Maintain a pipeline of potentially new regulatory requirements in the area of cyber and information security and support our function in assessing the impact
Build strong and productive relationships with industry peers and relevant industry working groups to stay on top of the changing regulatory environment
You will work in the Strategic Initiatives function in Security within Infrastructure and Security Engineering (ISE). This job will require you to interact and engage with a wide variety of functions across Technology, the Chief Information Security Office, Internal Audit, and many other areas within UBS as well as with external auditors and regulators.
You have :
At least 10 years' experience in technology or governance roles such as Technology Risk, IT Security or IT Audit
A sound understanding of defining and operating repeatable processes and effective governance structures
Knowledge of and experience with regulatory and industry frameworks in cyber and information security
Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise clearly and effectively
Understanding of Key IT regulatory requirements and ability to translate the regulatory requirements in tangible deliverables where required
Optionally) Professional certifications in cyber and information security (i.e. CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CISA)

Proactive, able to take ownership of issues and drive them, as well as having excellent problem analysis skills and solution synthesis
Able to understand complex issues quickly and to set priorities according to technical as well as strategic considerations
Detail-oriented, with structured, organized, and methodical planning skills
