ROLE OVERVIEWAs part of this transformation, our Information Services team is developing and supporting global IT solutions.

We are currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant Personal Assistant Events coordinators to support 4 5 VPsDirectors in the IS team.

The role will be based in our headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to provide events coordination, administrative support and communication assistance to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Department.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Organizing and coordinating arrangements for business travel, booking flights, visas, meetings, trainings, video conferences, business lunches and conferences, preparation of expenses
  • Managing global events from planning phase to completing, managing communication and schedules for all attendees and handling the logistical arrangements with hotels and third parties
  • Providing general secretarial and administrative support
  • Managing calendars and agendas
  • Creating purchase orders and good receipts DESIRED PROFILE
  • Computer literate with strong skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Relevant work experience in an administrative position in a multi-national company
  • Good understanding of business administration
  • Experience in Event Management
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and French THE HIRING PROCESS1.If you meet the above criteria, you will be invited to complete aptitude tests in verbal, inductive and numerical reasoning at administrative level2.
