The Senior Project Manager Construction, who will join VF Real Estate & Property EMEA team, will be leading the project management of store implementation according to the brand retail concept.
You will be responsible for the overall project execution, ensuring all the KPIs are met, being able to build effective relationships both internally, with the team and the points of contact in the brands, and externally, with architects, construction parties and contractors, vendors in the EMEA region.
Specifically the tasks will include : openings, refits, closures for all European retail formats full price and outlet stores (O&O and Partnership), concessions and managed space in line with each brand’s DNA.

Responsible for costing, procurement, distribution, execution and on time installation

Indicate areas for improvement
ensure that design standards and brand image are maintained
Manage the relationship with internal and external departments
Make sure all authorization from internal and external departments approvals are collected
First point of contact for general contractors and vendors
Closely managing, overseeing and executing new store build-outs, renovations and closure
Overviewing the contractors and vendors during the execution
Site visiting to ensure processes and quality
Generating and managing project schedules, budgeting, and closely coordinating vendor supply items with a variety of global and local vendors

University Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain, Engineering or Architecture
Minimum 5 years of relevant successful experience in a similar role in a multi-site retail operation building high quality retail stores;
experience in apparel is a plus.
Must have excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project), AutoCAD
Photoshop, InDesign, graphic / photo, and MS Project or other Project Management software knowledge a plus.
Experience in dealing with 3rdparty resource (contractors, vendors and external parties)
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Great organization and planning skills;
Good presentation skills;
Hands on attitude;
Willingness to travel at least 10 to 20% of the time.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, other European languages are an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of building methods, contracting, structural engineering / architecture
Comfortable working within an ever-dynamic fast-paced and complex international environment
