We have an opportunity for a Digital Implementations Manager to join our team at our Operations Center in Lausanne. The role of the Digital Implementation team is to help our global affiliates optimize the maximum value of revenue and growth from the opportunities being created from PMI’s transformation.
Our Digital transformation is enabling us to redefine and modernize our ability to engage and support our trade partners, while also empowering our ability to engage in marketing and advertising to our customers at a more personal level.
You will use all available levers and channels to support B2B and B2B2C customer journeys in order to bridge the physical world with digital.
Your extensive knowledge and experience of how different digital solutions affect varying market conditions will help use drive better business outcomes.
You will be also responsible for achieving defined results using your solid knowledge on how to drive high adoption of both internal and external stakeholders using your sharp leadership and change management skills. Responsibilities :
