As we accelerate our digital journey, the Digital Implementations team’s mission is to support our markets to implement and operate their trade engagement programs in a high value and sustainable manner.

We actively search for business growth opportunities and help redesign business processes to increase efficiency, improve customer experience and deliver actionable insights to race our business forward.

We have an opportunity for a Digital Implementations Manager to join our team at our Operations Center in Lausanne. The role of the Digital Implementation team is to help our global affiliates optimize the maximum value of revenue and growth from the opportunities being created from PMI’s transformation.

Our Digital transformation is enabling us to redefine and modernize our ability to engage and support our trade partners, while also empowering our ability to engage in marketing and advertising to our customers at a more personal level.

You will use all available levers and channels to support B2B and B2B2C customer journeys in order to bridge the physical world with digital.

Your extensive knowledge and experience of how different digital solutions affect varying market conditions will help use drive better business outcomes.

You will be also responsible for achieving defined results using your solid knowledge on how to drive high adoption of both internal and external stakeholders using your sharp leadership and change management skills. Responsibilities :

  • Focus on Digital Trade Engagement and B2B solutions
  • Define the scope of digital platform implementations with the business stakeholders of the assigned regions and markets.
  • Key stakeholders to interact with : market MD, RRP Head, Marketing Head, Digital Head, IT Head, Regional Digital Lead

  • Assess the market readiness and business cases, co-develop market roadmap, support the market in getting ready for Digital Operations
  • Co-lead with technical experts and SME’s the enablement of the digital platform and operations for the assigned markets
  • Acting as a success manager, you will ensure markets are able to extract the highest value possible from their digital B2B solutions and help identify future needs to grow Digital Platform capabilities Skills & experience :
  • Sound and practical understanding of new commercialization models including route-to-market, merchandizing, consumer services, logisticsdistribution, ecommerce, digital marketing and loyalty building
  • Experience in commercial areas (Marketing, Sales, Trade Management, Consumer Engagement) and ability to design and redesign related business processes
  • Be super hungry and capable to learn new ways of working and engaging consumers
  • Be curioussavvy about digital technologies and platforms
  • Be able to design, explain and negotiate various business and consumer engagement processes
