Our corporate marketing and communications team is looking for a
YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE :
Drive global B2B Digital Marketing strategies and digital operations excellence working cross-functionally with a variety stakeholders in marketing, product management, sale and sales operations.
Provide expertise in designing and executing world-class digital marketing initiatives that elevate overall GTM strategy and increase visitor engagement to generate new sales leads.
Provide strategic and operational expertise on key areas such as website strategy, multi-channel user journeys, customer engagement, marketing automation, demand generation, lead management (salesforce.
com), online conversion, mobile marketing and social communities.
Contribute with digital expertise and concepts from ideation, planning to execution of own projects following roadmaps, milestones and objectives.
Translate complex business requirements and sales objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing programs.
Act as a digital evangelist to stakeholders, senior management and board level
YOUR PROFILE :
Bachelor’s or associates degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications or equivalent with a strong digital background required, Master’s degree a plus.
Minimum 4-5 years of digital marketing experience in agencies or a multinational enterprise, preferably in a B2B technology environment
Profound understanding in operating digital channels and associated tools, such as : content management (Sitecore incl.
HTML), marketing automation (Eloqua or Pardot), lead management (salesforce.com), Adobe Photoshop
Ability to think holistically but act targeted, define & drive projects, set your own deadlines and initiate ideas that inspire multidisciplinary stakeholders and executives.
Experienced project management skills : Be able to create water-proof marketing concepts, process flowcharts, wireframes, page layouts, user journeys, roadmaps, task lists incl. management reports.
Proactive and self-driven individual, well organized and results oriented, a problem-solver mentality who is eager to get things done
Fluent verbal and written skills in English (company language). German is a plus but not required,
Convincing and intriguing presentation skills : Explain new ideas to senior management and executives.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, very international, adhoc and agile environment.
