Badenoch & Clark Suisse, expert in Interim Management, is looking for a Payroll Manager for one of his main client within the Machinery sector.
Location : near to Lausanne
Confidentiality of the role. Interim Management 12 months.
Manage all activities for payroll processing
Supervise payroll services and monitor the quality of external payroll services and process efficiently payrolls processed in the respective countries
Analyse existing data, HR-data flows and related processes
Conduct financial impact analysis
Be in the know and up-to-date and interpret new legislation and regulatory rulings impacting payroll in different countries
Manage the department of payroll administrators, implementing changes to improve efficiency
Enforce adherence to requirements and advise management on required actions
Evaluate and analyse existing payroll policies, procedures and business processes to improve payroll operations and ensure auditable documentation of payroll processes.
The ideal candidate
Minimum 8 years in a similar role.
A past experience in an international Company, with branches in different countries. Degree in Economics
Fluent in French and English
Strong analytical skills and communications skills
Open minded attitude and curiosity towards new ways to enhance the quality of existing processes
