Specific responsibilities :

  • Regular monitoring and reporting on sales, promotions and ad-hoc initiatives;-Own the day-to-day activities of the e-Commerce platform (managing site merchandising and online product catalogue, ensuring smooth order management process, monitoring inventory level, managing change requests, voucher creation);
  • Implement initiatives to maximize online sales performance and retention (i.e.
  • pre-order, online merchandising optimization, promotions);-Analyze online market and competitive trends to provide insights that will help drive ecommerce sales;
  • Manage relationship with key suppliers;-Liaise regularly with Customer Care team and follow up on consumer’s issues related to e-
  • Commerce orders and overall shopping experience. Specific requirements :

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills;-Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel;-Working experience within an e-
  • Commerce environment;-Experience in managing third-parties;-Project management experience;-Ability to work efficiently and accurately toward multiple deadlines;
  • Self-starter and proactive; creative thinker and problem solver;-Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities;-Experience using Tableau is an asset;

    We have a range of RRPs in various stages of development, scientific assessment and commercialization.

    Because our RRPs do not burn tobacco, they produce far lower quantities of harmful and potentially harmful compounds than found in cigarette smoke.
