Join our growing Marketing Communications Team within Dentsply Sirona’s Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of Endodontics, where you will manage projects optimally tailored to our target client group of dentists, in close cooperation with Product Managers and our Country Commercial Organizations (CCOs) around the world.
Create and implement Products / Solution communication campaigns for launches, relaunches and product refreshes including relevant communication assets in line with the overall branding and sales objectives
In collaboration with the Product Platform Marketing teams, define the annual marketing communication plan for the DS branded Endo offering for the CCOs
Develop KPIs to measure campaign efficiency and execution together with CCOs
Support and provide expertise to the Endo SBU organization in product marketing communication related questions as well as to CCOs in the adaptation and execution of campaigns
Benchmark competitors and provide innovative solutions to further differentiate and enhance the DS band image
Understand different country needs and apply international thinking and insights in daily work
Expected travel part of role around 10%-20%
University degree in Business Administration, ideally with a concentration in Marketing / Communications
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in an international / global work environment (MarCom Manager / Product Manager / Brand Manager or Account Manager in industry or creative agency), preferably within the medical / dental industry
Strong conceptual and creative skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English (B2 / C1 min.), German an asset
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, across sites, countries and cultures
Experience in managing multiple projects, planning events, creating content and general understanding of graphic design principles
Expertise in PowerPoint and Word, good experience with Adobe pack (Illustrator, In-design, Photoshop); iMovie a plus
Results-orientation with successful track record in a fast pace orientated environment
