We have a challenging opportunity to shape change investment and execution decisions at the highest levels of the Bank, across our dynamic change portfolio.
The role involves creating and using next generation analytics to drive effective investment, execution, and productivity, in line with the bank's strategy. We offer :

The role will be responsible for :
Driving change effectiveness bank-wide, in partnership with all business, IT, and Change groups
Being a core part of an analytics capability that joins multiple data sets, across disciplines, in order to provide senior leaders with actionable insight that enables them to drive effectiveness, delivery, and financial results
You offer :
Well rounded (preferably) former management consultant, who has strategy, change management, and data analytics experience, and is comfortable getting hands-
on to deliver impact, while also thinking about the big picture
Agile mindset, comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Desire to drive change at the most senior level in the Bank, with a balance of urgency and political acumen
Quantitative and analytical
Presentation skills- ability to tell a compelling story based on quantitative and qualitative data to an executive audience
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of the Bank’s program and project processes and standards desirable
Fluent in English; every additional language is a plus
Practical experience of using machine learning / process automation in an analytics context would be advantageous
