Abbott Established Pharma Division (EPD) is looking for a

Sales Administration Specialist

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor document quality to ensure timely importation of Abbott affiliate and customer orders and execute appropriative corrective actions relative to order / delivery documentation
  • Ensure all required documentation is provided for sales order release and logistics execution
  • Collaborate with front and back office logistic execution teams to review KPI results of relevant tasks and implement corrective actions, as needed (e.
  • g. documentation related delays in order delivery and / or importation )

  • Perform administrative and control tasks to all logistics (sales) related documentations
  • Perform administrative and control tasks related to all business administration services
  • Cross functional collaboration supporting and coordinating function to front office customer service and back office logistic execution teams
  • Ensure there are no import blocks due to incorrect or missing documentation
  • Track and report all instances of delivery and / or import delay due to inaccurate or missing documentation
  • Ensure transport execution is not negatively impacted by incorrect or missing documentation
  • Coordinating with logistic execution stakeholders issues by analyzing, solving, following up and setting measures
  • Effectively participate in the creating of procedures and policies, or other initiatives for implementation of the best practices defined for order related documentation and transport execution activities
  • The profile

  • Commercial Education or Economic and Business administration, Education in Logistics processes
  • Professional training and experience gained through a previous and comparable position
  • Sound experience in order processing, import / export documentation and order processing
  • Strong knowledge in supply chain management and logistics in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of all relevant GxP regulations is strongly considered
  • Knowledge on legislation related to transport, dangerous goods, security and customs documentation
  • Good knowledge in customer service and logistics execution processes
  • Efficient and independent method of working
  • Able to work cross functional in a high dynamic environment
  • High level of personal, professional and ethical integrity
  • Strong analytical capabilities and negotiation skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt tasks and aims, able to identify issues and needs and take actions
  • Highly customer oriented (internal / external), with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent command of English is essential, any other languages would be an asset
  • Good SAP experience, mainly in the shipping module
