On Site Services Analyst

  • Based in Lausanne, Switzerland -
  • The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for reactive handling of user incidents regarding the standard IT platform at a company site.

    Responsible for delivering and installing requested IT functionality to the requesting users. When working with others, you are able adapt and exchange facts, policies and practices with others in the organization with the common desire to reach a solution.

    Main responsibilities :

  • Keep updated on On-Site Services information
  • Actively contribute with ideas to improve IT situation on local site
  • Participate in tasks & projects, Implement improvement solutions on the local site
  • Improve own way of working, accountable and responsible for own activities
  • Ensuring that incident and request on the local site is handled according to defined processes and SLA.
  • Reinstall and refresh computer clients as per defined processes
  • Report and suggest solutions to potential problems to Problem Management
  • Project participation and management of Cluster projects and Implementation of global projects
  • Support and coordinate a major video event with multiple participants.
  • Assist with purchasing requested HW & SW.
  • Act as Technical Project lead for smaller local site projects.
  • Basic IT training to multiple users
  • Occasionally remote site visits
  • We believe you have : Technical skills :

    Technical skills :

  • Vocational training in Information Technology or equivalent
  • ITIL v3.0 Certified
  • Good spoken and written English, expert in French
  • Basic knowledge on working in Service Management Tool
  • Read, understand, highlight need of and follow documents
  • Good troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • Incident Management in Service Management System
  • Request Fulfilment in Service Management System
  • Soft skills :

  • Business and quality-focused mindset with high sense of priority and diplomacy
  • Self-motivated and drive independently
  • Service minded and flexible attitude and ability to work under pressure
