lead implementation of new technology and functionality within Group Investigations to support Governance & Reporting, Analytics and eDiscovery
drive and manage technical projects e2e, coordinate internal resources (and third parties) for the flawless execution
own full lifecycle of project delivery and drive this to completion within required budget, quality and timeline
drive efficiency and cost effectiveness while adhering to the highest standards of project management
support portfolio management to define and implement roadmaps in line with the strategic business objectives
prepare and run senior management program and portfolio meetings as a deputy of the Portfolio Manager
You’ll be working in the Legal and Investigations IT delivery team in Switzerland.
We are a dynamic and growing team based primarily in Zurich Altstetten but are spread over a number of smaller locations in Zurich and globally.
We deliver technology solutions to both Group General Counsel and Group Investigations using state of the art software both from major vendors in the field and in-
house developments. The Legal (Group General Counsel) and Investigations area is a hot bed for new technology. In the current environment, we are working on projects in areas such as Big Data and Analytics as well as Automation of Legal and Investigations processes.
Your experience and skills
You have :
IT project management experience of at least 7 years in a similar environment , prior experience at UBS is a plus
strong problem-solving skills (being able to adapt and find innovative solutions to challenges)
a proactive and independent work style, excellent organizational and time-management skills
at least 10 years of experience in IT, hands-on experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle as well as profound knowledge in IT architecture and infrastructure
high levels of drive and commitment to high quality on-time delivery and flexibility to undertake a variety of assignments
a university degree or equivalent with a financial or technical background, PM certification (e.g. PMP)
experience in Data Analytics, Reporting and eDiscovery (as an advantage)

process oriented with a structured approach to ensure delivery in time
fluent in English with German being an advantage
