Our client is a leading electronic medical device corporation, which is developing an important project of sales in the Military Medical System.
The candidate will be based home office and, reporting to the VP Sales, will have the following responsibility :
Develop the company’s military business in the regions of EMEA, and Latin America
Define strategies for business and market development, new product sales and commercial activities in the Military Medical System
Develop the network of military business partners in the assigned territory
Ensuring the business can respond to market opportunities, competitor actions and customer requirements
Lead entire sales value chain from product promotion, technical and commercial proposals, pricing strategies, sales contract negotiations and closing orders
Responsible for metric / KPI tracking and planning (business plans, marketing and advertising plans, forecasts, budgeting), as well as accounting, reporting, Profit & Loss
Provide constant input and monitoring of products (market intelligence and understanding competitive solutions) with a clear international market perspective.
Management of applicable functions of Office Administration, Finance, Inventory Sales
Willingness to travel around 60%
Qualifications and Competencies
University Degree with advanced education (MBA preferred)
Working knowledge of international Military Medical System
Proven ability to identify, nurture and close opportunities in the Military Medical System
Experience working with NATO and NSPA a plus
Energy and enthusiasm to get things done
Collaborative with good communication skills A team player able to work with others
Results focused demonstrates a positive approach to achieving sales targets
Languages : Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
