SITAONAIR has brought tomarket a leading portfolio of communications products and services offered toairlines and their passengers.
These products include Mobile OnAir (GSM / 3Gvoice, SMS and data). This product allows passengers to use their mobile phonesonboard aircraft, just as if they are travelling in another country.
Thisservice is accessible for mobile operator’s passenger having a roaming agreementwith SITAONAIR. Today, SITAONAIR is managing more than 380 internationalroaming agreements with mobile operators.
In the context of arapidly evolving business and team expansion, SITAONAIR is looking for aRoaming Analyst. The role supports the Product Management team in managing thecommercial roaming arrangement and partnership with mobile operators.
For a group of mobileoperators :
oDevelop and maintain theend-to-end inter-carrier relations
oPrepare financialanalysis and business case to support commercial negotiations
oManage commercial wholesaleroaming pricing negotiations for a group of mobile operators
oPrepare roamingagreements with mobile operators and ensure compliancy with legal requirements
Optimize the adoptionand profitability of the inflight roaming business service
Contribute to wholesale roamingstrategy and the inflight retail pricing vision with the product manager
Contribute to thecreation of specific promotions and packages for inflight service inpartnership with mobile operators
Liaise with otherSITAONAIR’s stakeholders to ensure the appropriate implementation of thepartnership
Define service excellenceopportunities of Roaming Services that will deliver superior user experience ofmobile subscribers
Actively propose anddrive our footprint extension (increase number of MNO agreements and increasenumber of aircraft)
Actively influence anddrive the Product Management for the Mobile OnAir product from the differentpoint of views (passenger, aircraft hardware, service level, product evolution,go to market, P&L, communications, direct & indirect sales, customercare, operations, MNO agreements, etc.)
Understanding oftelecommunication market
Strong analytical skillsable to model financial scenarios to support wholesale roaming negotiation
Ability to contribute tocommercial negotiations with roamingpartners
Ability to operatewithin virtual teams
Ability to innovate anddeliver value to business at multiple levels
Ability to manage andcoordinate roaming marketing campaigns
3+ years of experiencein Product or project Management role is a plus
Excellent oral and writtenlanguage skills in English
Excellent time planningand prioritization skills
French / Arabic languagesin addition to English is advantageous.
