This specific position will be based in one of our locations in Europe, for example Rotterdam or Steinhausen (Switzerland).
As a Commercial Excellence Team we will establish a Commercial Excellence Centre to drive in-store process standardization, performance management and continuous improvements across Group Companies (GC’s) in order to help them win market share.
We will work together with the local markets in the design & development phase in order to prove the concepts before we deploy and operate them across all markets.
As the In Store Capabilities Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the deployment and follow-up of one of the department’s strategic initiatives : to standardize the sales process (BLINK) across all countries in the Audiological Care business unit in Europe.
To achieve success, you will be partnering with the local leadership teams and the subject matter expert in the Commercial Excellence department.
