As a Strategy Development Manager, you will be main responsible to provide drive and guidance to the strategic development of our business.

A day in the life of a Strategy Development Manager

  • Support and coordinate global business strategy (GBS) also support to marketing group for translation into Zone Execution Plans and Market Business Strategies
  • Responsible for the tracking of progress towards GBS targets
  • Help set priorities in the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) projects to align with key business issues and priorities (portfolio management)
  • Track and evaluate competitor's activities and developing course of action for Nestlé
  • Identify opportunities for growth via market expansion, new category entries
  • Develop alternative business models for new or existing markets (licensing, JV, etc) to accelerate profitable growth
  • Validate shortlist of Mergers & Acquisitions targets and support markets in discussions and negotiations
  • Responsible for special projects that facilitate the acceleration of the implementation of GBS
  • What will make you successful

  • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent
  • 4 - 6 years’ experience in a consulting firm is mandatory
  • Previous experience in Marketing within FMCG working on emerging markets (LATAM and / or ASIA)
  • Experience in an international working environment
  • Strong understanding of Financial modeling
  • Exceptional strategic ability and very strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
