A day in the life of a Strategy Development Manager
Support and coordinate global business strategy (GBS) also support to marketing group for translation into Zone Execution Plans and Market Business Strategies
Responsible for the tracking of progress towards GBS targets
Help set priorities in the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) projects to align with key business issues and priorities (portfolio management)
Track and evaluate competitor's activities and developing course of action for Nestlé
Identify opportunities for growth via market expansion, new category entries
Develop alternative business models for new or existing markets (licensing, JV, etc) to accelerate profitable growth
Validate shortlist of Mergers & Acquisitions targets and support markets in discussions and negotiations
Responsible for special projects that facilitate the acceleration of the implementation of GBS
What will make you successful
Master's degree in business administration or equivalent
4 - 6 years’ experience in a consulting firm is mandatory
Previous experience in Marketing within FMCG working on emerging markets (LATAM and / or ASIA)
Experience in an international working environment
Strong understanding of Financial modeling
Exceptional strategic ability and very strong analytical skills
Fluent in English
