In this role

  • Contributing to ELCA’s growth by generating enough quality leads
  • Continuously improving funnel of a given segment, e.g., shorten throughput time, improving shape
  • Ensuring scalability to be able to keep up with growth goals
  • Establishing annual marketing plan for given segment : Society and government, e.g., public administration, cybersecurity New technologies and partners, e.
  • g., ECM, CRM, Cloud Business, .e.g., Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy Products (own products)

  • Managing marketing mix (5 P) in given category (segment)
  • Campaign planning, e.g. objectives, tactics,
  • Operational management of campaigns across all tactics (including events), incl. SEO, SAO
  • Campaign controlling, e.g., number and quality of contacts, required number of marketing qualified leads

  • Several years of category management experience
  • Strong digital marketing expertise with company possessing a particularly strong reputation in this area
  • You have completed a master’s Business Administration
  • Ability to persuade and motivate colleagues
  • In addition, you are an organizational talent and your strengths are social skills, reliability, strong ability to work in a team and independent
  • You have excellent communication skills English, French or German is a strong plus.
