We are looking for an ambitious and driven Global Tech Recruiter to help Mitto grow.
You would be acting as a trusted advisor to help candidates grow their careers and have an outstanding candidate experience.
We will rely on you to help grow Mitto’s workforce globally.
What you will do
Source, attract, interview, and close top talent while promoting the company culture and purpose in a positive and effective manner
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey!
Serve as a subject matter expert when it comes to hiring and advising your hiring managers on the best practices
Champion diversity in all of its forms, and ensure that each touchpoint in our recruiting process creates a positive, inclusive, and level playing field for our candidates
Utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to communicate with candidates, track the workflow of the interview process, and compile information for data analysis
Researching the competitive landscape and market trends to remain ahead of the curve with hiring best practices and recruiting technology innovations
Your skills and qualifications
5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role with a focus on hiring over the globe
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a drive to deliver high-quality results quickly
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders in a recruitment circle
Using a data-driven approach with a can-do attitude
Previous experience recruiting for a start-up SaaS company is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent English communication skills, other languages are a plus
